Returns & Refunds
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund (if applicable), please email support@kitchik.com with:
Your full name
Order number
Product name or description
Reason for the return
Return requests for orders received or delivered more than 14 days ago will be politely declined.
If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer an exchange or refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately and automatically returned to your original payment method within a few days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Important Information About Product Images
Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
Note that product colours may vary slightly from images due to lighting during photography or differences in screen displays.
If There Is a Problem
Sometimes things don’t go as planned — we’re all human.
If the issue is due to an error on our side, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or faulty.

Defective product: If the item has a manufacturing defect
Incorrect item sent: If we send the wrong product, colour, or size
Your Responsibility
If the issue is caused by incorrect information provided at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.
For example, if an incorrect delivery address is entered, we are not responsible if the order cannot be delivered.
Exchanges & Replacements
If the issue is our fault, we sincerely apologise. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will gladly exchange or replace the item.
How to request an exchange or replacement:
Take a clear photo of the issue (for size-related issues, include a ruler in the photo).
Email support@kitchik.com with the subject line:
“Order #YOUR ORDER NUMBER – Replacement Request”
Include the photo, a short description of the issue, your order number, and the product concerned.
Our support team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
Delivery Guarantee
All orders are guaranteed to be delivered.
If an order is not received due to circumstances beyond our control, we will send a replacement item to the original delivery address used for the order.
Refunds are not issued if the customer orders the wrong size, colour, or quantity. We ship the items selected at checkout.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to help. If the order has already been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made and refunds cannot be offered on that basis.
Items received as defective or damaged will be replaced free of charge with the same item. A full refund is also available in these cases.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your card provider — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
