Cancel your purchase

Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.

To exercise your right to cancel, click the cancellation button (at the bottom right of the screen) and complete the form, or use the email button below. Once we have received your request, we will confirm it by email.

Important information

To process your request, we need you to provide your order number.

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, it may in some cases be stopped directly.
  • If your order has already been shipped, the right of withdrawal still applies, but the item must then be returned in accordance with our return policy.
  • The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the day you received the item, not from the order date.
